What to include
For a comparison issue, include the page address, supplier, travel date, party, option, displayed price, and check time. For privacy, describe the request and connected email address.
Do not send sensitive payment details
Pier does not need your password, one-time code, or full payment card number. Booking payment and refund questions normally belong to the supplier that took payment.
