From search to booking site
- 01
Search your actual trip
Enter a place or activity, date, adults, and child ages. You can begin with only a search term when the rest is undecided.
- 02
Pier matches the conditions
Pier uses approved supplier connections and groups offers only when the product and important booking conditions can be matched.
- 03
Compare current offers
See the total or labelled starting price, availability, cancellation terms, currencies, and when each result was checked.
- 04
Finish with the supplier
Open the selected supplier in a new tab. The supplier confirms the option, final total, availability, and booking.
What counts as a like-for-like comparison
Pier does not treat a lower-looking number as better when it belongs to different conditions.
Comparable together
- Same product and visit date
- Same party and ticket quantity
- Same option, entry time, and cancellation basis
Kept separate or clearly labelled
- Starting prices without a selected party
- Different ticket types or time slots
- Stale, incomplete, or unavailable results
Who does what
Pier helps you compare
- Collects search conditions
- Matches supported offers
- Shows source and check time
- Prepares the chosen supplier link
The supplier completes the booking
- Confirms live inventory
- Confirms the final total and currency
- Takes payment
- Handles the booking, changes, refunds, and service
Approved sources only
Pier shows live bookable information only through a connection approved by the supplier or its authorised partner. If a connection is unavailable, Pier shows an honest unavailable state instead of sample or scraped prices as live offers.
How results are ordered
Supplier commission does not decide whether offers are comparable. Pier first checks condition match, availability, data quality, and freshness. Any sponsored placement must be labelled separately.
Product watches are optional
A watch is not required to search or compare. Repeat checks and alerts will appear only where monitoring, storage, and notification are allowed. Until those rights and account features are ready, Watch stays unavailable.
