Terms of use

Pier is operated by Mint Labs. By using Pier, you agree to these terms and the privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be able to enter a binding purchase with the supplier or have help from someone who can.

Public pages can be browsed without an account. You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Pier account. You are responsible for access to your email and signed-in session. Use accurate account information and do not share one-time codes. Profiles, settings, saved products, and synced game progress belong to the signed-in account. You can remove saved products, reset supported game progress, or delete the account.

Pier tries to match the same product and important conditions using approved sources. Prices, inventory, descriptions, exchange rates, and cancellation terms can change or be incomplete. A check time is not a price guarantee.

Pier does not sell the activity, take payment, or become a party to the booking. The supplier's identity, terms, privacy notice, cancellation policy, and final total apply. A supplier may apply separate age rules to travelers participating in an activity. Check every detail before paying.

Pier may earn a commission from an eligible booking through a marked partner link. Commission does not make different conditions comparable.

Creator Journeys are independently organized travel companions to attributed public YouTube videos. Pier does not reproduce a transcript, claim creator endorsement or affiliation, or own the source video. Public availability or embedding does not transfer rights in the source.

A journey can include marked affiliate links to activity providers. Pier may unpublish it when the source becomes unavailable or while a correction or removal request is reviewed. Creators and rights holders can use Contact to request correction or removal.

Do not interfere with the service, bypass controls, send harmful code, overload the system, misuse supplier data, or violate law or another person's rights. Access may be limited to protect users, suppliers, and Pier.

Supplier sites and linked services are controlled by their operators. Pier is not responsible for their content, security, availability, or fulfilment. A link does not replace reviewing their terms.

Google sign-in appears only when Pier separately enables it. Supported Watch checks and alerts are available only where provider rights, product conditions, and account settings allow them.

Pier does not promise every supplier, product, price, account function, or game sync will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms removes a right or responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be removed. The supplier remains responsible for its booking, payment, cancellation, refund, and service.

Use Contact for questions. Pier may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change and will show the updated date. Material changes will be explained before they apply when required.
